The sterilizer uses infrared heat for sterilization and is suitable for high-temperature sterilization of inoculation loops, inoculation needles, tube mouths, bottle mouths and other items. It is characterized by ease of use, simple operation, no environmental pollution, no open flames, wind resistance, and safe operation. It can be widely applied for microbiological experiments in environments such as biological safety cabinets, laminar flow hoods (or clean benches), near fume extractors, and on mobile carts.

The maximum temperature is 930℃±30℃, and the inoculation needle loop can be sterilized in just 2 seconds, effectively reducing the user’s workload.

The heating element utilizes premium 95% alumina ceramic, offering high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature endurance, and anti-permeability.

• Flexible Design

The angle of the heater is adjustable, with a maximum depression angle of 45° and a maximum elevation angle of 75°. It can sterilize the mouths of test tubes and bottles containing liquids without spilling the liquid.

• Stable Performance

Using advanced microelectronic digital chips and automatic voltage change regulator, when the operating voltage changes within the range of 180V~240V, it can keep the heating chamber fluctuating within the set temperature (temperature at 930℃±30℃), effectively extending the life of the heating element.
